After completing the other steps in Terrill's pre-renewal stage, Terrill and their client determine if marketing the client to possible new vendors is the right solution for the client. As a preferred or platinum broker for the top insurance carriers in the region, Terrill has the leverage and resources to get the most favorable rates for their clients when they go to market.

Internally, each Terrill client has a dedicated service staff outside of the broker that includes an account manager and a marketing administrator to ensure that the client's desired plan requirements is marketed to all applicable carriers to secure the best plan contract and overall cost benefit. The type of coverage that is marketed will vary the extent of the marketing efforts, but with the Terrill service team and broker status, their clients can be assured every step is taken on their behalf.
